Group Fitness

Our classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and increase fitness. We provide a challenging and safe space led by a team of expert coaches.

 

Pilates

Our Pilates classes are for any experience level, giving you a platform to improve your strength, flexibility, and mindset through movement.

Altitude

Our Altitude classes are for anyone wanting to get that extra edge out of their training. The classes are conducted in reduced oxygen and cater for any fitness level.

 

Run Club

Our Run Club classes cater to all levels of ability, whether you're a first-time runner or a seasoned pro looking to improve your speed.

 

Personal Training

Our personal training sessions provide you with constant guidance, and attention to detail in a more intimate style, in a 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 setting.
